Title: building trailer for hauling
Post by: boba65$# on December 27, 2015, 08:40:47 AM
could  someone  please measure the width of a Double Eagle's horizontal stabilizer and post  the results?? Awaiting the CE plans, like many others, but can use the time to finish other projects........thanks ( I am assuming that it is the same as the double Eagle). If you know otherwise, please advise???

Does anyone know if the tail feathers for the cabin eagle are identical to the double eagle?
With the horizontal stablizer for the DE being 99 inches wide it will be difficult to fit in a legal width enclosed trailer (I believe the maximum legal road width is 102 inches).
With it's folding wing the CE is suitable for trailering but the tail has too fit as well. :)
Thanks...Paul
