Title: Magnesium or aluminum case

I am going to buy a case and was wondering if there is a reason i should not go with the lighter Magnesium case?

If you decide to go with a magnesium case, I have one of the best made. The AS21 1600 case,
Bored for 94mm jugs. Freshly machined. I will make you a good deal.

Racerroo do you still need a magnesium case? I have a 1600 case sitting in the shed I was going to use, but I'm thinking of going aluminum for the 1/2 VW engine.

The magnesium case is about 20 pounds lighter then the alu case.
That is more then 40 %
