CNC router table project or craftsmanship. . . Apply glue to total gusset surface on stick contact side and make the varnishing go Oh so much faster...

I made a similar jig so as to glue both sides simultaneously without staples. Used cheap cutting board (the green part) for clamp surfaces, bolted loosely to the clamp so as to remain flat.Made hardwood "cams" to hold the upper surfaces to make it easier to remove the rib after curing. Able to crank out one a day this way. Primitive, but it worked.
