Start wing rings before receiving full sized full sized plans. Guess what, yup measurements where off by quarter inch. So I practiced building ten ribs. Readjusted jig and now I’m 14 in! So hopefully I won’t make any more wing rib mistakes lol

Remember, the gussets ahead of the rear spar on the ribs with compression struts are not as tall as on other ribs. Make the gussets the correct size before assembly and save some time. Also the rib near the inboard end of each aileron has a different gusset behind rear spar, and rib #12 has a different gusset behind the rear spar.
