Is there a comprehensive list of links to these resources? I understand that there are some construction videos for sale from Mr. Milholland. And I think there are maybe some components or hard to make parts available or at least a tubing kit. And I've come across a few YouTube videos as well. But I'm sure there are things out there that I have missed. Also, where does one go for plans/design changes, updates, etc?
Here's my deal. I will have to build a plane from scratch. Right now there are three games in town, the Legal Eagle, the Zenith 701/750 and the Fisher designs. The Legal Eagle actually holds the most promise for two reasons. First, the design seems simple with a relatively short build times. I think I can do it in a couple of years or so. The Legal Eagle will allow me to learn the skills needed to build my dream plane, a Bearhawk Patrol. And I'll have something to fly whilst I build the Patrol.
But I'm concerned about available materials and support. The Zenith planes have a huge following, lots of how to videos, the ability to buy certain components, etc.
The Fisher designs have full size plans that you build on top of, parts and assemblies available, etc., but I'm not crazy about the performance of these planes, especially on the ultralight side. I guess TEAM aircraft would fit here too.
I'm now knocking anything or any design. I just want to have my best chance at success. The Legal Eagle (probably the XL version) offers the best combination price and bang for the buck IMO.
So if you have a link or some information, please share. Thanks!!

I'll contribute what I've located thus far. Of course there are the plans and videos available for purchase.
