Title: Rib Gussets

Does anyone have a good method of cutting out rib gussets, very time consuming? Consistency is also very important.

Stacked 28 sheets of 0.8mm ply with paper pattern on top. Drilled holes in a few places. Glued toothpicks in holes to keep stack aligned. Cut stack with bandsaw. Light sanding of edges and ready for ribs.
