Title: Bike wheels on XL

Has anyone used the Bike wheel setup on the XL .  I was thinking of saving my Blackmax wheel system that I bought for XL and save them for the Cabin Eagle for my next build when Leonard sells the plans.

20" works great got bout 60 hrs with disk brakes

Doesn't the bike wheels make the LE XL sit higher than the original LE, or did you adjust the landing gear height to accommodate?

Yes sir changed the undercarriage  to keep same height

The wheels are cart wheels from northern tool. I put 4" tires on the narrow wheel with 1.75 x 20 tube. Looks good gives good cushion
