Title: LE XL Plans

I'm a noob and just received my XL plans but have a question. Does Mr Millholland omit page 13 in the plans?

I have plans set B-69 for the Legal Eagle XL and had not noticed it before but my 13 is missing also.  Built mine and flying so i guess it is not needed.

Leonard just called me and said he omits page 13 in all the plans.

Yep, the reason we haven't had any bad luck with our XL's is because we didn't build anything to a page 13......   ;)
