For those that ask the question is the Legal Eagle a stable aircraft. Saturday was a clear and beautiful day, almost calm. I had the video running with no goal in mind just to have fun flying. While flying my hands had got cold and I rubbed them together to warm them up. Conditions must have been almost ideal in terms of fuel burn to have balance point where i could fly hands off ( I did use rudder pedals a little to keep wings level, if it had been real calm would not have had to do that ) and by leaning forward could start a decent, nose down and by pulling everything back it would start to climb. I saw the video and thought it might provide some interest to the stable concerned crowd.

Great video Les. Looks like a beautiful day for flying after all the rain you guys finally got.

Les, you sure you don't have some glass-faced autopilot hidden in there?
It's sure nice to have days like that, apparently in abundance. We'll get a perfect day every now and then, and I have flown DE Stubby hands off, but not as long as you demonstrated.
Set up right they are simple, honest airplanes.

Here in Brazil, has no pages the same as yours. Very good flight, incredible stability.
Congratulations.
