Dedicated to all those in the cold part of the country, a couple weeks ago, in February on a nice Friday afternoon i flew from Oakdale to Mariposa Yosemite. This is the closest airport to Yosemite valley and half dome. Distance is 55 miles thru mostly ranch country, flew at 3,000 rpm and used 2.4 gallons per hour of fuel. I had access to a Gopro Hero camera, this is there entry level model, it shoots at 1080-30fps, which is what i use most. It captures at 5mp, where as the Hero 3 Black edition will do it at 12mp. it uses all the mounting equipment as the other gopro cameras.
