Wing mount tube size?

What size are the XL Wing mount square tubes?  Page 7A states 1/2" x .062 square.  I'm not seeing that on the material list. And not seeing any square .062 tubing on ACS website.

ACS has 5/8" x .065.  Can 5/8" square be substituted?  What else would that affect?
