U channel tail ribs

How are these made?   I searched and did not find the answer.  I will check the yahoo group for pics

A method is described on page 3 of the written XL instructions. They are made from a flat sheet, marked, cut out and bent.
They have a taper to them due to the front and rear tube being different diameters. the length of the rib changes the rate of taper. So there is nothing standard.

I just made my own simple break, and measured the width at the ends, i.e. 1/2" on one end and 5/8" or 3/4" on the other lined up the marks and bent it.
