What do you want to achieve in your DE ?
I cruise round at 65 knts (75mph) with one of Frank J's prop - it has 100hrs on it now, we bulk stripped it the other week to see how its going
with perfect bill of health and is a turn key set up, i can fly 3.5hrs with 2 people - can land on any type of ground (rough paddock to a runway)
but its a bit heavy
If i was still living on the farm were i was doing stock control with flat paddocks - 50,000 acres to land any were i want and most my flying was
at 100 to 200 ft would be a total different choice of engine prob a stock twin port 1800 around 60hp
If you dont have any spec's on that engine or have it bulk stripped than its great for a go cart
i think single port heads were for 1500/1600cc engines about 50/55hp tops
