Ok, Its on. Texas Legal Eagle Roundup will be held at Fort Parker flying field September 21-23 2018.
Stay tuned for more details 



Who's willing to participate?
How far will you travel?
Early fall,  say late September?
Make a weekend of it?
Where? I have a couple ideas

I'd like some input. Les has been generous enough to send me his outline for the California gathering.

I've been to fort Parker before, but I didn't notice the runway next door.

Yes, we have several folks coming with at least 3 Legal Eagles,  hope to have a few more once the word is out.  Leonard  (The Boss)is bringing Number One Legal Eagle that started everything.
The airfield was built around 2010.
There is rv hookups available at the fort next door, and rooms too
Gonna be fun.

I would probably stay in an RV or tent site.
Any XL's?  I'm planning on starting on an XL in a couple of months and seeing one in flight might be just the motivation I need.
Any Doubles?  Hoping to bum a ride.

I'm definitely putting this on my calendar.

Morning Frank,
WX in West Tx is trending real rainy for the weekend. Flying over is real questionable.  I'd consider driving 6hrs if the Round-up is still ON.  Can we count on you to post a Round-Up GO/No Go on Thursday or first thing Friday please?

That's great Frank, thanks.  I was just in touch with a Mini-Max builder/pilot who expects to be flying in from well east of you.  We'll all be awaiting your updates/confirmations!

Regrettably, Due to inclement weather and forcast to become worse over the next couple days 😥😥😥The Roundup is postponed untill further notice. We are looking at other dates in October. Sorry for any inconvience and if you had made reservations please remember to cancell them.
