Home Depot has a nice DeWalt kit for around $200 right now. It's the best deal I know of. I bought a similar Bosch remanufactured kit from Acme (if it's good enough for the road runner, it's good enough for me)  :) for $150. Can't be told from new, works fine.

Are you looking for a compact, or full-size router?
I very recently bought a Bauer brand compact router from Harbor Freight for just $45.
Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but my planer works quite nicely.

So far, I've had good luck with the Bauer brand.
