Double Eagle: Stab angle of incidence

Hi Guys.
I am now rigging the empennage of my DE.
I did some search on the forum regarding the angle of incidence of the stab. Seems like a -2 degree from leveled fuselage would be adequate.
What angle of incidence was adequate for your plane?
Any comments, opinions or advices are welcome!
