Hi, all..
It's time to start thinking about mounting the Verner on Bullet. I'd like to have a 14 inch diameter 1 inch tube as the main piece. I can't find anyone locally that is equipped to do that. Does anyone know where I can get it done?

Many of the shops had the 3 roll plate roller than had notches for rounds (although most were for solid rounds) and I don't know if any had notches for up to 1"  But certainly has been done.  Without these notches the tube flattens quickly.  I have rolled 1000's of feet of tube, but never with the intention of still having round tube at the end. 

Some of the small tube job shops can do (could) 8 sides or 6 sided  tube circle.  If that is something you would be interested in, all I would need is your centerline distance and radius for the corner bends, then I could draw in a heart beat.  in this case 13.5" is the first answer if you wanted 14" od.

I built this back in the day, but the project came with the engine mount tube already formed. The guy that did it has shuffled off this mortal coil  but he had several formed tubes already done. I thought it would be no problem to find a shop that does this, but so far.. nada.

Excellent, I will make a contact or two.  I used to some complex jigging, and that one would certainly one of those "hold it right here" type of jigs.  Certainly do-able  Stay tuned!
