Today we got the engine running with the prop on - Really happy with the numbers and the prop
@Frank from Performance Propellers USA thanks mate you done an awesome job and superburb quality
we got 3200 static RPM with a 2175cc 10:1 on avgas running a single 38mm Zenith sidedraft carby.
we aimed for 75 hp.
A huge thanks to Tom H. thanks for working with Frank on the props and all the info you have gave me
Hope to get W&B done - signed off and start flying with in the next 4 weeks, ill post more info and build
photos, data soon
Had to put mate in the plane so i could take the video.

Looks and sounds great. You got some good static numbers. The airplane has a low-looking stance. Be careful with wheel landings - don't want to nick that fine prop!

Not sure about that Vince, but the water goes down the plug hole in reverse.

Great to see progress on a project and the engine run is a big one, congrats! I was already going to comment on the interesting color scheme and then I saw that it matched the truck! Be honest, was fluorescent paint on sale? ;-)
