Friends,

Something that should perhaps be brought up, is that the default personal text can be edited by the individual member.

Originally the default text was set to "Noob" which is internet slang for "Newbie".  Later, and fairly recently, this was changed to"Abecedarian".  

Abecedarian as a noun is a synonym, but is perhaps not scruffy enough for our community, thus it has been changed to "New Member"...

But alas it is merely a default meant to easily be changed to whatever you wish or can be discarded alltogether.  See below.
