Assistance with making the ailerons

I got the bird's fuse and wings already made. I think I have the time now to start working on it.
Does someone have some good video on how to cut the ailerons from the wings and how to finish them?

Thank you guys. The pics are great but they don't tell me how to go about cutting the ailerons from the already made wing and proceed.
Maybe I am not that savvy
I ordered again the videos from Mr Milholland. Maybe I can get it figured out by watching 'em.

Another builder saw the wings and wondered why there was no bracing with wire for more strength.
I saw a plane at one of the eaa builders buildings that was wire braced and asked myself if I should.

Did anyone add that to their build or it is really not needed?

Let me try and explain from my memory: Once you have your wing built you then install the 1/4"x1/2" sub stringers top & bottom inside of the aileron and epoxy the 1/4" square diagonals top & bottom from them to the Trailing Edge BEFORE cutting the ailerons loose from the main wing. you will have already glued the aileron spar and hinges beforehand. 
Once the ailerons are free, you put the half-round aileron noses to support the ply LE's and then glue that nose sheet. I put blue insulating foam sheets (fan-fold) behind the vertical rib intercostals and sealed all that area up real good to keep the creepy-crawlers (mud-daubers and wasps)  from getting in and building nests inside the wing. (SOME put a curved cove inside but not really necessary) Then I glued 1/2 of a 1/4" square (now a triangle) along the top and bottom inside of the rib cut-off's that were trimmed with about 3/16 - 1/8" clearance between the ribs from the nose of the aileron.  then glue the 1-1/2" ply above (and below) to the same ribs you cut the aileron from with 1.25" diamond doublers half on this ply and half on the rib to keep it from breaking loose when covering is shrunk down.

What went wrong with the J3 model?? I have built MANY, MANY Cubs and other RC planes and there is a LOT of the J3 in the Eagles!

No, the kitchen or dining room table is NOT the place to build in a married household.... Just the same as building an Eagle.. You are banished to the garage, shop or hangar! HA HA HA
