the new one in the pics on the cnc router, is almost finished, i need only to mill the slot for the o ring around the oval channel.
And all work is made on the Z axis, nothing to rotate by hand and side drill like the first one.
The sealing effect is produced from the pressure of the o ring at the milled flat side of the case instead of the rubber cylindrical seals in the oil holes there.
This one can be a lot thinner than the first one because the channel can be wider and flatter.
And there is no more need of the two original rubber seals. It is possible to optimize it for weight, cutting out material between the 2 outside screw holes and the same left and right of the center screw hole.
