Fly ins?
« on: February 28, 2019, 02:13:47 PM »
Will there be any fly ins east of the Mississippi which will be attended by Legal Eagles this spring? Currently building and would love to see some up close and ask questions/ compare notes.  Thanks!  Rick

Hi Rick ,
I'm kinda in the same situation. I'm about 70% built, have a lot of questions and would really like to see a flying LE up close . I've reached out to others in my area and have had some bites but no road trips as of yet. Since you are relatively close to me I'd like to help you as much as I can, although it may not be much.

Oshkosh is always a good bet.  Usually two or three XLs show up the end of July. Les Holman and Scott Johnson.

Thanks Dave! I didn't realize there was anyone so close building as well. Would love to see your progress and ask questions! I was hoping for a fly in a little further south than Oshkosh and maybe it will work out that way too.
