Hi everyone,
Sorry, I haven't been active in a while. I'm obviously not dead. lol I've had a lot of life coming at me since last posting. I'm a stay at home dad so when my little girl is out of school, my time is not my own. Married off my oldest daughter and moved her 2500 miles to Virginia, hospital visit, me and wife at separate times... not sure where I heard this but "Life is a great big shit sandwich, the trick to getting through is to not choke on your daily bite!" I guess I gagged a couple of times this summer. Ha ha ha
My project is very much alive and just yesterday I finished the tail section of my fuselage. It was a happy moment for me as I had a heck of a time with all those diagonals. Station 1 is ready to tack in place leaving only the cabin area to frame up. My motor is mostly complete. The goal I set is to roll the fuselage out this spring and start the motor. Should be able to meet that goal early... waiting for warmer weather to begin building my ribs. Currently with an outside temp of 13F my shop is only 40F. The wife said absolutely no cannot build them in the house!
See yall soon.
