Global machine tool 1/2 vw

Does anybody on here know anything about these engines? Found an old LE for sale and it has this engine on it. I know Mosler bought global out and did a redesign on the motor at some point. What little I can find on the global said it had some overheating and vibration issues. Just wondering if anyone here may have had one of these engines to say if they were or were not reliable and if there was a source for parts and info.

Thanks Dan! I had found that too. I figure it should get me close on most stuff. I know there are some differences between the cases and maybe even the heads on the Mosler version versus the global version. The part I’m having trouble with is figuring out if there are any proprietary parts in the engine that I wouldn’t be able to get anymore. Did find a guy on youtube that has a global on an ultracub so I’ll see if I can pick his brain too
