I welded the fuselage. as far as I know he never flew it. XL length wings with lift struts in L. E. position. If I tell you anything else I'm just making it up.

Using the XL wing, with the AO-84, was a sound decision.

Not sure about internal structure of wings except for the length, don't know if they were built to XL plans or Legal Eagle plans

A shame he hasn't flown it. I would be interested to know how it performed with the AO-84.
The AO-84, while no barn-burner, is a capable enough engine, in the right airframe. Does well,
in a Mini Max, but I'd really like to see what I am flying over!
