Regards the mount, the manufacturer has a mount on their 3VW but they do not offer mounts or mount ideas. By doing research every 3 cylinder engine i have found on line has a different mount some substantially so. 
Regards the carb and settings, i have had a problem, not talked about, that has affected the carb issues.  Finally have it corrected and now can get down to some meaningful carb adjustments.

Any updates here? I love the idea of this engine and am strongly considering it on my build. Love following along with your testing and would be great if those using this engine determine the best mount and allow us newbies to copy the design.

Not that i am aware of.  I am getting ready to try a Mikuni Carb.next couple of aeeks will have update on mounts
