Camping in the Fun Fly Zone
« on: September 15, 2018, 08:45:16 AM »
I contacted the EAA about volunteering in the Ultralight area next year and asked about facilities in the U/L area. I mentioned that I had a pop up camper and wondered if there were water and electric hooks ups or if generator use was ok. The only response I got was, campers are not allowed in the U/L camping area. I know I'm old but could swear I saw some pull behind campers there. I thought perhaps some of y'all would have personal experience.

2 words...  De Relleumtdats.  They are straight across the road from the Barn.

See this post.

Checking Google Earth it looks like Relleumtdats Campground is just down the road from the U/L landing strip. There are campers also right beside the landing strip, is that part or Relleumtdats or is that part of EAA ?

This shot shows Relleumtdats just up the road a bit.
