Les. Do you have a drawing of your engine mount or other pictures? I was able to See Richard Johnson's Plane and mount. Why did you use the Square tubing on the fuselage side of your mount?

Any direction as to building a mount for the Verner on an XL would be helpful.

Les, have you guys changed out the lifters?? I understand that there is some kind of interference or wear issues.

The lifter problem was in some of the early engines. We have not had a problem, Burt and I have over 220 hours combined flight time the Verner 3V engines.  No problem with lifters. Engine mounts are built that way for a reason, some of my early mounts did not last to long because of engine shake but we seem to have got pas that problem and working on a new design for 2 new installations, a LEXL and a WW I DH.2 Replica.
