We already had a mod to auto resize photos. Now we have one that will resize and rotate. It uses the meta data that is sent with a pic to determine proper orientation.
If that fails one may hit the modify button on one's post and tap "Attachments and other options" and set the orientation manually.
The mod also allows the admin to browse photos that have been posted and correct the rotation. I have done this for posts back to Feb 14th and will keep working backward as I get the gumption...
This should make sending cell phone pics in going forward a cinch.
