Other than the redrive, what other mods are people doing? Is the stock flywheel ok?

If you are putting this engine on front of Legal Eagle XL with the 1.8 to 1 redrive adding dual mikuni carbs and increasing rpm to 4100 to 4300 is the only changes make. The governor was removed.
